Holdfast2 is the new name for the band set up for musicians of all ages to improve their skills on a recently taken up instrument, within a band environment, which not only improves note recognition but sight reading, rhythm and tonality.
Maria Foot is the MD, with the ability to bring the best out of every player. This August the band performed at the Strathalbyn Festival with a selection of songs from movies and Michael Jackson which were well received by the appreciative audience.
Holdfast2 is looking for more members to balance each section and out-perform the talented percussion line-up!
